    1.      Recruitment Evaluation

    Weekly basis review for CDP (Career Development Program) where Store Manager will join from Supervisor level and give special tasks that require Store Manager to work together with DT & Manager in order to achieve the goal in developing the team

    2.      SOP Implementation

    Monitoring SOP standardization in store that relates with business support and  basic operations and timing in the store as such Store Manager  can support the store such as Camion, Rebajas, Inventory, Replenishment, checking cost control whether the head count suitable with the store or not etc.

    3.      Making planning for new store opening

    If there are new store to be opened, she needs to count down and making preparation for the store. From recruitment matter, training, supplies, cost identification etc.

    4.      Administration

    a.      Knows the basic / legal company standard guidelines from Salary Structure, Labour Law, Safe & Security, OT, Attendance

    b.      Travel Administration

    Booking ticket, hotel,prepare budget etc( for training, opening store, sales workshop etc).

    c.       Store administration related to store employee and control petty cash holder together with DT

    5.      Coaching within soft skill training and motivate store employee

    Delivered 7 soft skill training from Inditex and give motivation to store employee.

    6.      Deal with clothing allowance matter

    Ensure about the approval, budgeting, and image.

    7.      Case settlement

    Directly terminate for small case and coordinate with IR for some case that need to involve with police.

    8.      Making report

    ·         Monthly manager chart report

    ·         Weekly report

    ·         Report attendance ranking

    ·         Headcount report

    ·         Team structure report

    ·         Indonesian structure report

    ·         Overseas training calendar

    ·         Age Group report

    ·         Turnover report

    9.        Incentive and missing item counting

    10.    Providing uniform in every season

    Yêu cầu công việc

    ·         At least 3 years experience in retail.

    ·         Interest in fashion, trends, and designers.

    ·         Strong customer service skills.

    ·         Experience in team management

    ·         Fair English and PC skills (MS Office, user level)
