SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ SPECIALIST

Duties and responsibilities:

• Recognize, gather and document detailed the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.

• Ensuring solutions meet client business needs and requirements.

• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

• Takes orders over the phone and in person.

• Negotiate price for the sale.

• Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased.

• Construct sales pitches and presentations.

• Negotiate a commercial agreement.

• Help customers maximize the use of software features.

• Advise on appropriate user training.

• Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.

• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.

• Other assignments as requirements.

Who is the perfect fit?

• Experience in Business Analyst or similar jobs is highly desirable

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience (Big bonus if experienced in IT industry)  

• Careful, meticulous, high responsibility and have effective organizational skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Able to work under pressure

• Good communication in English is required
