Mô tả công việc
- Process all agent’s contract and following for signing contracts and make documentations
- Manage sale office including: arrange schedules for agencies, take care of office for all payments including: maid service, security service, and other office’s payments
- In charge of doing SPA for customers and follow up for customer services
- Translate all documents and service contracts into English when needed
- Coordinate and support for sale events
- Process transferring SPA according to requirements
- In charge of doing documentations for Sale & Marketing Department
- Working report to managers in line
- Support other teams’ requests
- Supporting of development about sales management system in order to control potential clients and real byers using by this system
- Act as 1st contact point of development about sales management system
- Skillful Korean language ability is an advantage
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least, BA (Administration or Business is prefer)
- At least 3 years experiences as same position in real estate
- Fluency in both oral and written (English or Korean)
