RESERVATION EXECUTIVE ( Hanoi office)

- Hotel Reservation for company's customers
- Update Hotel's informations (rooms, renovations, promotions, allotments ...)
- Support Sales staff to follow up Booking's payments and deposits 
- Support Customer Care to solve all troubles of customers
- Attend all presentations or training programs of Product department, hotels
- Handle FIT booking

* General requirements: 
- Vietnamese National 
- Enthused in attending Vidotour’s training program 
- Confident, dynamic
- Prefer male or female who is able to work continuously
* Qualifications: 
- University Degree ( preferred in Tourism Business or Foreign Language )
- Good general knowledge of hotels and local services in Vietnam is an advantage. 
- Excellent spoken and written English ( B.A or C level or Toefl 450 points). 
- Excellent communication and computer skills 
- Confident, proactive and flexible in work
- High responsible 
- Able to work independently as well as in coordination with other departments.
