Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodology to lead and drive product development projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

• Apply Agile/Scrum best practices to manage and optimize project execution.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, plan sprints, and track progress.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth delivery.

• Monitor project performance, quality, and team productivity, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on goals and progress.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation and status reports.

• Drive retrospective sessions to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields (technical background is a strong plus).

• 5+ years of experience in project management for software product development.

• Proven track record of successfully managing Agile/Scrum projects and leading cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile frameworks.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).

Nice to have

• Professional certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM).

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).

• Experience working in e-commerce or digital platform projects.
