Product Owner

Job description

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature development.

• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing teams to align product goals with business objectives.

• Conduct data-driven decision-making using market research, analytics, and customer feedback.

• Prioritize product backlog and feature development based on business impact and customer needs.

• Ensure successful product launches, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success.

• Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring a user-centric product approach.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, or Technology.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role.

• Proven ability to develop and launch products, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in customer research, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.

• Preferred Certifications/Licenses (Nice to Have): Pragmatic Institute Certification (PMC), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
