Mô tả công việc
· Create hiring plans for front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff
· Promote open roles using online and print job ads
· Screen, interview and evaluate candidates
· Prepare job offers and employment contracts
· Calculate payroll considering overtime, holidays and evening shifts
· Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention
· Manage payroll and keep updated records of payments
· Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time off
· Schedule onboarding sessions and job-related trainings for all employees
· Ensure our staff complies with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
· Process all legal papers for expats employees and local staff according to the Labor regulation of Vietnamese Law
Yêu cầu công việc
· Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
· Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior, senior, seasonal and part-time positions
· Good knowledge of regulations around flexible types of employment
· Excellent people skills

Blush Beach is a seasonal beach and pool club, bar, grill and nightclub catering to the Da Nang - Hoi An market. Blush seeks to create a single destination outlet for guests both local and foreign to enjoy high end international level entertainment and dining up market dining options specializing in an Asian fusion menu as well as Western comfort items. Bar and full service dinner menu available, Pool and beach area with service, DJ area, high end service, eco theme, innovative bar and cocktail list, bottle and cabana service, monthly destination theme events, convention and wedding space rentals.
