Hr Executive

• Looking for candidate sources, posting jobs, filtering CV

• Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring staff.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall candidate experience.

• Manage the employee referral bonus program.

• Prepare HR & Recruiting information/benefits packages.

• Plan and attend recruiting and HR events.

• Being responsible for calculation and payment and administration for personnel staffing.

• Setting up and maintaining a proper tracking system for the administration of social insurance and medical insurance.

• Ensure that implementation of Company payroll and social & health insurance complies with prevailing laws and regulations

• Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.

• At least 2 years of experience in HR field.

• Computer literate. Good command of spoken and written English.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to details and meticulous.

• Energetic, self-starter, self-motivated and independent.

• Understanding of labour law, regulations on social & health insurance, and labour issues at work.
