HEAD OF TECH (AI-FIRST)

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Tech to lead the transformation into an AI-native, automation-driven organization. 
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can architect and deliver AI systems that replace 
manual work - not just enhance it. 

What We‘re Looking For

• Architect AI-native systems with autonomous AI agents 

• Implement LLM-driven workflows (RAG, routing, matching) 

• Lead engineering with an AI-first mindset 

• Replace manual processes with AI automation 

• Deploy internal AI copilots for Ops, Sales, Product, Support 

• Collaborate cross-functionally (CEO, COO, Product)

Experience Required 

• 7 - 10+ years software engineering 

• 3+ years tech leadership 

• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, vector search, AI agents 

• Startup experience is a plus

Success Indicators (First 90 Days)

• 50 - 70% of key workflows automated by AI 

• AI agents running in production 

• Internal AI copilots actively used 

• Technical architecture for scale established
