Debt Negotiator (Call Creditor) - Night Shift (Ca đêm)

What is “debt settlement”?
- Debt settlement is the process of negotiating with creditors to reduce the total amount owed. It’s typically used by consumers who are experiencing financial hardship and can’t keep up with minimum payments. Rather than paying the full balance, the goal is to reach an agreement to pay a reduced lump sum or structured payments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with creditors to negotiate/agree upon a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or charged-off accounts on behalf of our clients.

• Analyzing customer profiles and identifying the conditions required for the best agreement for the customer, following company guidelines (training will be provided upon employment).

• Checking, reviewing files, and contacting the responsible person at the bank to explain and present the reasons of the customer for approving specific support programs offered exclusively for the customer.

• Ensuring efficiency to always obtain the best offers from the bank for customers.

• Performing other tasks as required by management.

• Good English communication skills, IELTS score of 7.0 or above, speaking 6.5+ (mandatory requirement), preference given to candidates who are international students from English-speaking countries or have previously lived in the US/UK.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Negotiator or related positions, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with US banks.

• Age: 18 - 33 years old, good health and willing to work night shift.

• Pronounce clearly, confidently and attractively.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress and time critical deadlines.

• Basic CRM and ZOOM skills is a plus (training will be provided; prior experience is not required).

• Competitive salary of 18.000.000 VND/month, with opportunities for salary and level review after two consecutive months of meeting performance targets.

JOB DETAILS:

• Employment type: Full-time (Night shift at the company, remote/hybrid working are not accepted).

• Industry: Financial services in the US market (No insurance, No lending). 
  Working hours: 22:00 – 07:00, 5 days/week (working by US business hours).
