Advisor (Attractive Base Salary + Commissions)

1. Relationship Manager (70%)

● Engage with inbound leads seeking insurance and investment solutions

● Perform initial consultations and needs assessments

● Utilize our best-in-class system to generate quotes

● Present quotes and benefits, provide reasoned recommendations

● Persistently follow up to close deals

● Handle sales sign-ups, application forms, contracts, and policy documentation

● In addition to leads given, proactively source new business opportunities

● Cross sell additional products to clients and request referrals

2. Customer Service (30%)

● Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support throughout product life cycle

● Assign customer service tasks to our dedicated in-house team

● Manage annual insurance renewals

● Confident, energetic and outgoing personality

● Proficient in English

● The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

● No prior insurance experience necessary—we offer comprehensive training!

● Base salary: 8M – 12M VND, based on skills and experience

● Competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential
